Our Philosophy
Our boutique agency aims to help organizations flourish and express themselves through practical solutions, just as a musician interprets a composer’s written music through their performance. We believe that musical terms are a fundamental tool between our clients and our boutique, much like musical elements are essential in music. Without them, our music would be flat and boring. Consequently, we have launched our "Musical" packages to offer non-profit and charitable clients the opportunity to inspire our NFP leaders for a brighter future in the cultural industry. In a nutshell, we want to have fun with our clients!

The fine ”tuning” details
Please take note of the following details regarding our service packages: Our packages are valid for one year from the date of contract initiation, and all service hours must be utilized within this period.
You may use your package support hours as needed according to your discretion and in consultation with Colleen Ostoforoff Arts Coaching & Consulting. However, evaluation hours are non-negotiable and cannot be used to build your plan through these packages. If additional service hours are required beyond the purchased package, you may purchase them based on availability.
*Policy update: Please get in touch with COA at least 24 hours in advance if coaching sessions need to be rescheduled. If any cancellation or missed coaching session occurs after the 24-hour advance notice, a 1/2-hour session will be charged.
